Room for 2 foreign female studend

No men. All tenants are foreign female. Currently from France and Peru. Both sharing a big room. This room has a bunk bed and a black leather couch. Desks desk hairs two wardrobes. All facilities in kitchen or elsewhere in house and backyard can be used. I only want tenants who do not need rules spelled out and hide behind schedules to even empty a trash bin under the sink. I do more than my share myself. I am strict on preventing insects in the house. I am practical reliable flexible.Some tenants stayed several years.
