Title and description state 'Temporary Room for 7 weeks' and 'sublease my room for this short period', scoring 0 for long-term availability. As a room in a shared house (listingType=1) with shared kitchen/bathroom, privacy scores 5. The 12m² size scores 2, and while €600 with utilities included is reasonable for Amsterdam, the short-term nature severely limits value.
