We have an available room in our house available beginning of May in Osdorp. The location is just a few minutes walk from Tram 1 (to the city centre), Bus 369 (to the airport) and a few stops away from Lelylaan so you are well connected to the city. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful with supermarkets, gyms and shops a short walk away in every direction. The room is modestly furnished with a bed, desk and clothes rack. The apartment gets all day sun, has a large living room with a little outdoor area, newly renovated kitchen, main bathroom and extra toilet. There is also extra storage if needed. Rent is 925€ all inclusive (780 + 145 for g/w/e, wi-fi and registration) and a 500€ refundable deposit. You will be sharing the house with myself, my partner and our little dog. We are in our late 30’s. Lucas works early shifts onsite while I work from home half the week. We’re looking for someone who is chill, tidy and has a routine that will compliment our own.
