The house has a kitchen (ground floor), a living room (1st floor), 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a laundry room, a front and back terrace and a garage in the basement (not included in the rent). Necessary kitchen utensils are in the house. Additional kitchen utensils at your own expense. The living room, bathroom and kitchen are common areas and are shared with other tenants. Cleaning ladies clean the common areas, bathrooms and toilets every two weeks. The house is located in Amsterdam New West. A quiet, safe and green suburban area near Sloterpark. Ideal for walkers, joggers and cyclists. Nearby is a shopping center Osdorpplein with stores like Dirk, Lidl, Aldi, AH, Action, Hema, C&A, etc. Direct public bus transport to Schiphol Airport.
