We’re subletting our furnished one-bedroom apartment in De Pijp for the summer. It’s on the top floor of a historic building, facing a quiet courtyard — so while the neighborhood is lively, the apartment itself is very peaceful. The space is compact but comfortable at around 28 sq meters, with large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. It includes a small bedroom and bathroom, a living/dining area, and a kitchen, and comes fully furnished with internet and a washing machine. The location is very convenient — the M52 metro and several tram stops are a 2-minute walk, and the city center is about 10 minutes by bike. Sarphatipark and the Museumplein are close by, and there’s no shortage of grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants in the immediate area. There’s also a gym nearby. The available period runs from mid-June to the end of August, though the exact move-in and move-out dates are flexible. Full rent for the 2.5-month period is due upfront upon receiving the keys, along with a €200 deposit which will be returned at the end of the stay. We’re hoping to find someone who will take good care of the place. It works well for one person or a couple, and we welcome both students and professionals.
