A bit more about the place you will be staying at: The place is conveniently located close to Amstelstation, directly next to the Amstel. Grocery stores, restaurants, and public transport can all be reached by walking 10 to 15 minutes. The place is fully equipped (wifi, laundry machine, kitchen with cooking utensils, TV, fridge, etc.). You will have a private room (featuring a bed, desk with chair, and a large wardrobe) as well as a private bathroom (with a sink and a shower). Further, there is a huge and cozy living room, a kitchen, and a small terrace that is shared with my roommate. My roommate is a relaxed and easy-going guy in his 30s, working in research and going to the office regularly. About you: I am looking for a clean, responsible person. The ideal person would be of a similar age to my roommate and working during his/ her time in Amsterdam. No smoking, partying, and pets are permitted in the apartment.
