Centrum Amsterdam room!

Hello ladies, For our lovely apartment I am looking for a new housemate. The apartment is shared with Ursi and Izzy . two females, working, studying and living in Amsterdam. The house is renovated has 3 bedrooms, and a open kitchen and living room. The bathroom and toilet are two separate rooms. You will have the small room in the back of the house, in the city center, in my opinion the best place in town to spend your exchange/study here in Amsterdam. The university is in biking distance and so are all the stores and restaurants. What I am looking for: I am looking for a FEMALE housemate between 21 and 29 years old that is in Holland to do her internship and or semester/year abroad. The housemate before you was also an exchange student and we had such a great time living together that I would like to repeat that. I am looking for someone that is clean and friendly, here in house we enjoy our privacy, peace and quit, every now and then we like to invite friends over for dinner. But we don’t want this house to be turned into a clubhouse or a hostel for you and your friends, we are all very busy and enjoy coming home to relax in a clean house with our housemates. The rent is 750,- euro a month including gas,water, light, internet and tv (excluding yearly city taxes of circa €250) The deposit is 1200,- euro and you will get it back when you leave the room and the house as you found it (minus the taxes). The room comes partly furnished (to be discussed with the leaving roommate). And you can use all our kitchenware, and the washing machine. Registration is possible and mandatory in the city of Amsterdam. If you see yourself fitting this profile and wanting to spend your time abroad living here.
