Hi there! I am renting out my apartment as I will be travelling 3 weeks. I expect this to be from 5th June until 23rd. There is the potential that this will extend another 3 weeks, at the moment not offering this yet as I am not sure. One bedroom, large balcony and warm cozy living room vibes with many plants and colourful furniture. Has everything you need and some extras like a projector if you like movie nights. Quiet neighbourhood with nice neighbours, big windows on both sides of the apartment. Across the street from Eurasmuspark and a short walk up to Westerpark, and many local coffee sports, awesome pizza places etc. I can recommend you. Total cost for all utilities and rent not including gas/electricity is 1250 euro for 3 weeks total. Gas + electricity another 60 euro. I will also ask a deposit of 600 euros when I give you the key.
