In case of a long-term takeover afterwards, we would appreciate knowing in advance whether you would also be interested in taking over the furniture for a mutually agreed price. The apartment would be entirely for you, except during the months of October and November, when we would temporarily be sharing the apartment. During that time, I would stay in the smaller bedroom, while you would continue using the bigger bedroom throughout the rental period.
