We’re looking for a responsible, tidy, organized, and friendly housemate to join us. About the Room: - Available from 14th of June (registration possible) - Furnished with basic furniture (bed and small working desk included) - Closet - Rent: €835 per month (including €75 for gas, electricity, water, and WiFi) - Deposit: €835 About the House: - Shared with 5 others (mixed-gender: 2 students and 3 working professionals) - Your floor is newly renovated with an extra bathroom and kitchen. - We maintain a quiet, tidy, clean, respectful and friendly atmosphere - No parties or noise (we cherish a peaceful environment) but enjoy casual chats over dinner or coffee.
