It’s the room in the photos, but during the viewing we can also discuss if you can take the bigger room next to it :) The apartment is located on the 4th floor (with elevator) in a newly constructed building completed in November 2024, offering a high standard of living and excellent insulation.
 The apartment has a balcony with an amazing view – perfect for enjoying the sunset or your morning coffee. Also, we have floor heating in winter and cooling in summer. You will be sharing the apartment with a German female professional who is easygoing, respectful, clean and lovely to live with. Registration is possible! Please note: since my current flatmate is moving out, it’s not sure what parts of the furniture she will take with her.
