Sublet for HALF of AUGUST in furnished room in Oud Zuid. Rent for half month is 600 euro. We currently have a room available, in a three bedroom flat located in Oud Zuid close to Vondelpark. The room will be furnished with a double bed and drawers, there is a large open plan living area and kitchen and the bathroom has a rain shower and bathtub. The best part of the flat being the large rooftop terrace to enjoy the long summer evenings. The flat is on the number two tram line, five minute walk to Vondelpark and 10 minute bike ride to station Zuid. I am looking for like-minded person or couple to join for the month of July. I am a Kiwi working and living in Amsterdam for a few years now, working from the office every day. Rent is 1250 for the month but as this is half a month rent will be 600 euro which includes bills.
