I am looking for an international student as a temporary tenant for my studio located in a 350 yo building in the heart of Amsterdam, at a canal, near De Amstel. The studio, located at the ground floor of the building, consist of a living room with kitchen, sleeping area and ample storage space. The bed is queen size, is comfortable and folds away into the wall when not used. Private bathroom with separate shower. Shared laundry facilities with the owner. I am looking for somebody who does not cause any disturbance to the environment, and keeps our building safe and quiet. Strictly for one person to be used only, registration is possible.
