Preference is for guys who are extroverted and are in a similar phase of life as me - working so no students, single so active with going out and active socially and have their own friend circle and life here. This is (one of) the best apartment you can find in the Pijp and I will take my time with deciding but it is available right away if its a good match. About the room - Small in size a bed fits 2 already there from previous tenant. I have the bigger room and thus your share is 1175 out of 2500. excluding g.w.e About the house - Fully furnished with everything you can think of. I have lived with flatmates for last 5 years and I enjoy having a good relation with my flatmate, watching the game together, having a drink etc.
