Hi there 👋 Please read carefully before applying. It’s a three bedroom apartment in Amsterdam Geuzenveld area. One room will be available from September 1st. The room size is approximately 12 m2. There is an opportunity to buy a double bed from previous tenant for €150. Deposit is €700, utilities around €80, water+garbage tax to be paid for the remaining months of 2026 is €104. You will share the apartment with me, an Ukrainian 29y.o working full-time and Cesar, Spanish 39y.o working full-time. We are looking for a girl, preferably in the same age category, who is also employed full-time and understands that home is a place to rest. Someone who is responsible financially, respectful and tidy. It’s extremely important to us to keep the apartment clean and safe. Therefore we have a cleaning schedule to follow and we only bring visitors informing each other upfront. Please, try to provide as much information as possible about yourself.
