ā¬1550 for a room in a shared 52m² apartment in Amsterdam is high, and deposit is 2x rent. It's a shared house (listingType=1) with indefinite availability, but price value is low.
I am a student at UvA going into my second year of Political Science BSc. I recently found a beautiful apartment in Albert Cuypstraat, in the heart of DePijp, near Roeterseiland Campus. The landlord accepted the offer of ā¬3100/month which will be signed tomorrow (Tuesday Aug.11). I am looking for a male flatmate to share the apartment and 50% of the cost, preferably within my age range, who is very clean and organized like me. I am pretty quiet and do not host crowded events with a lot of people. I am a big fan or football and basketball, which I try to play as often as possible. I also love scuba diving, going to Oosterpark and am looking forward to explore the Netherlands during my second year! The apartment is located on the second floor in a lively area of DePijp, surrounded by many cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The 52sqm apartment is unfurnished and includes 2 bedrooms, and a bright living/kitchen area with big windows. There are 2 modern bathrooms (one with a toilet and one with a shower). The energy label is A++ . A dedicated washing machine room is also included. We would split the rent equally of ā¬1550, Real Estate agent fee (1 month rent), as well as the deposit (equal to 2 months of rent) and all the included bills would be divided equally between the two of us. Some of the basic household rules are: ā¢ā ā Bills are split equally (water, electricity etc) ā¢ā ā Chores shared equally ā¢ā ā Common spaces must stay clean and organized ā¢ā ā No pets allowed ā¢ā ā Smoking outside only ā¢ā ā No loud parties or crowded events unless agreed by all If you are interested or know anyone who would be message me!
