The room is funished with a bed, desk and chair. It is a bright space of 15 sqm in the upper floor of my 140sqm apartment in Amsterdam, de Pijp. The apartment is fully equipped across two floors with two shared bathrooms, two shared toilets, a shared kitchen and living/dining space. The location is at Marie Heinekenplein, thus it is a lively, vibrant area with plenty of restaurants, Bars, Supermarktes, markets and other entertainment. The rent is to be paid upfront for each next month. The deposit is two months of rent and will be returned after the stay if nothing is missing or has been damaged. There is a confirmation fee of 300 Euro to be paid by the new tenant once the intent by both parties is confirmed after viewing.
