I am offering a bright, furnished room in a spacious 2-bedroom (2BHK) apartment. The room comes with a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light with a nice view of the surrounding trees. You will be sharing the apartment with just me. The flat features: - A very large and spacious shared living room. - A fully equipped kitchen with access to an elevated balcony, offering great views of the neighborhood. - A shared bathroom equipped with a bathtub/shower setup. - A convenient separate toilet. Location: - The apartment is located on Jan van Nijenrodeweg and is incredibly accessible. - Transit: The closest stations are Amsterdam Zuid and RAI, within 10 mins in bike - University: It is within easy walking distance to VU Amsterdam. Financial Details & Contract Rent: €1100 per month (excluding utilities). Registration: It is NOT possible at this address. Utilities: Basic service costs are included in the rent. Gas, water, and electricity will be billed based on actual usage. Internet: Optional; if you would like to share the internet connection, it will be an additional €30 per month.
