An 8 sqm lightly furnished room in our 3-floor house in Slotervaart, Amsterdam will be available from 1st of September. Ideal for international students or interns! We’re looking for a responsible, tidy, organized and friendly housemate to join us. About the Room: - Available from September 1 (registration possible) - Furnished with basic furniture (bed and small working desk included) - Convenient built-in closet - Rent: €835 per month (including €65 for gas, electricity, water, and WiFi) - Deposit: €835 About the House: - Currently shared among 6 people (Mix of students, new graduates and interns) - We maintain a quiet, tidy, clean, respectful and friendly atmosphere - No parties or noise (we cherish a peaceful environment) but enjoy casual chats over dinner or coffee. We have strict house rules that we expect you to follow About You: - Take initiative to keep shared areas clean and organized - Respect quiet hours in the mornings and evenings - Be considerate of others in a shared, international household - Clean, responsible, organized and honest - Ideally a student or intern A little (mandatory) request 🙂 Please include: - Your daily rhythm (early bird or night owl, plus study/work hours) - A few words about yourself - Whether you smoke (cigarettes, vape, weed, or not at all) - Whether you’re eligible for a Campuscontract (you are student + your study is listed in DUO’s RIO register).
