€780 for a 10m² room in Amsterdam with shared facilities is poor value, but indefinite availability and energy label A+ provide some points.
There are two unfurnished rooms available in Delflandplein building, one smaller ~7m2 which is 735 euro incl and ~10m2 which is 780 incl. Kitchen, Bathroom, Toilet and living room ~23m3 with balcony is shared with another person. There is also private storage space underground the building . The location is great, 5 min with metro from Zuid station, 6 min walk to metro, around 5 min walk to tram that takes you to central station and night bus. Kruidvat, Lidl, Ah and other shops and caffees are just downstairs. The preference would be for women 25+ working student or young professional, who are clean, quiet, respect each other’s privacy but also can have a drink or dinner every now and then together. The deposit is 2x rent and there is a small fee for contract name change and keys. Registration is possible. Rooms are not furnished and officially are available from 1st October but you can move in sooner in consultation.
