Price is high for a 7m² shared room despite utilities included, deposit is 2x rent (fair), indefinite availability and energy label A+ are positives, but layout is a small shared room with low privacy.
ATTENTION: Please read the text below before responding to the advertisement! Automatic responses will be ignored :) There is 1 unfurnished room available in Delflandplein building, one smaller ~7m2 which is 735 euro incl. Kitchen, Bathroom, Toilet and living room ~23m3 with balcony is shared with two people. There is also private storage space underground the building . The location is great, 5 min with metro from Zuid station, 6 min walk to metro, around 5 min walk to tram that takes you to central station and night bus. Kruidvat, Lidl, Ah and other shops and caffees are just downstairs. The preference would be for women 25+ working student or young professional, who are clean, quiet, respect each other’s privacy but also can have a drink or dinner every now and then together. The deposit is 2x rent and there is a small fee for contract name change and keys. Registration is possible. Rooms are not furnished and officially are available from 1st October but you can move in sooner in consultation. Please send me a message introducing yourself or email at huizetulpstraat(at)gmail.com and I will contact you for a viewing soon. NOTE: Kamernet doesn't allow me to upload more pictures of the house (eg the bathrooms) due to technical issues (more than 1GB) but I can share pictures in messages or you can wait to see more in the viewing.
