Price is high for a single room in a shared 2-bedroom apartment, and availability is only a one-month sublet with no registration allowed, severely limiting long-term value.
Our 2-bedroom apartment in Amsterdam Nieuw-West is available for a one-month sublet from 29 October to 27 November. It’s about 30 minutes from Amsterdam Centraal. Start and end dates are flexible, so feel free to ask. Rent: €1,600 all-in for one bedroom (utilities and internet included) Deposit: €1,000 Please note: Address registration (BRP) is not possible at this apartment. Options: If you’d like to rent both bedrooms, or you’re a single person looking for one room, just message me. Price and conditions are negotiable. One thing to know: we have one male indoor cat who stays at the apartment. We’re looking for someone who is happy to feed him and keep him company during your stay. Cat lovers are very welcome. Viewings: You’re welcome to come and see the apartment in person, or we can do a video call if you prefer. Please send me a short intro (who you are, what you do, and why you need a place for these dates) and I’ll get back to you soon.
