12m² room in a shared house (listingType=1) with a 4.5-month temporary rental period ('till 1 February'), but utilities are included and price is moderate for Amsterdam.
Hi gals! From 15 November till 1 February, a room is available to rent in a large shared house in Amsterdam Oost. The room is bright and fully furnished (12 m²) in a 120m² (also fully furnished) social apartment where everyone enjoys their personal space but loves to hang out in the evenings! You'll be sharing with two lovely male working professionals from Spain (31) and the Netherlands (28). The house is 3 minutes from Muidepoort train station. The rent is 952 per month, utilities included. Shoot us a message so we can learn more about you (something that we would not know from your profile!). We will reach out to arrange a viewing if we think you could be a good fit in our lovely household! 😊 Looking forward getting to know you!
