€1300 for a 15m² room in a shared apartment is poor price value, listingType=1 confirms shared living, and the 6-month availability period limits long-term points.
A bright and spacious room (~15 m²) is available in a comfortable 2-bedroom apartment, as my current flatmate is moving back to their home country. The apartment is well-maintained, and registration is possible. Location & Connectivity: The apartment is well connected: Metro lines 50 & 51 (Heemstedestraat - 3 min) Tram lines 1, 2 & 17 Lelylaan train station (approx. 6-minute walk) Lelylaan bus station nearby Everything you need is within walking distance (~5 minutes): Supermarkets (AH, Lidl) Action store Multiple gyms Rental Details: Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend) Flexible option for shorter stay (minimum ~3 months) Available from: 1st of November 2026 About the Apartment & Living Style: The apartment is clean, quiet, and ideal for someone who values a comfortable and respectful living environment. I like to keep the place tidy and organized, so I’m looking for a flatmate who shares the same mindset. Mutual respect, cleanliness, and easy communication are important.
