14 m² room in a shared apartment (listingType=1) at €920 with A++ energy label, but shared facilities and a definite 6-month end date (2027-05-31) reduce value; detailed description adds some quality points.
Hi everyone, I am 42yo male and I am renting a double room (double bed) in my spacious 75 m2 apartment in Reigersbos in Amsterdam. The apartment that will be shared with me, is nicely located in a quiet & very green area with public transport (Metro 50 & 54, Busses) and Market (supermarkets Jumbo & Vomar, Etos, Kruidvat, Atm etc) only a short walk away. The room is available for one or two people and it is completely furnished. I am looking for international, respectful, quiet and clean persons (25+ years, working, non-smoker) to rent it for an initial period of 6 months with possibility to extent. Ideally someone working during office hours and not having a night job, so there is a better fit. I will be traveling abroad very often in this period. The rental price for one person is 920 EUR and for a couple is 1450 euros, excluding utilities (gas, electricity), but including water, internet & municipality taxes. I am asking for a security deposit of 2000 euros. Registration is possible. If you are interested in the apartment, send me a message with some info about yourself including for how long you are already in the NL, what is your job, where it is located, salary indication, if you work remotely, hybrid or from office! Thank you in advance!
