The listed one is a room in a nice detached house in the fantastic Noord. House is newly built (2017) and is equipped with all appliances and features floor heating. Outside the house is pedestrian, beyond pavement is a shared garden where neighbours can plant their own plants. The ground floor entrance is a 17 squared meters room that can be used as office and/or technical room (additional furniture can be put in there, if needed - i.e. storage space increase can be agreed).
