Price is high for Amsterdam, but utilities included and good size/layout. Major deductions for being a very short-term (2-month) temporary rental, which severely limits value.
Hiya! I’m renting out my modern newly built apartment behind Amsterdam eye and a 5 min walk from the ferry to Amsterdam central station for €2500 per month. Starting Jan 11 till early March (final date tbd). *No other date possible* It has all you might need: a huge auping bed, bath, floor heating, dishwasher and washing machine, big 8 m2 balcony, separate toilet and 2 bedrooms one with a 180x210 auping bed and the other is currently an office but we can easily add one person bed/mattress in the “office” space.
